Joseph Hill   Technology/Production Management

With over 15 years experience in hands-on web development and 9 years in production management, Joseph has a list of over 200 web projects he has worked on including GE, FinishLine, Levi's, MTV, Sony, HBO, Showtime, Wrigley, Williams-Sonoma, Starbucks and the San Diego SuperBowl Host Committee. Joseph was born in Tenocoatl, the principle city on Xilam, part of the Chejo Isles in the Pacific Ocean. Or rather, he would have been born there had Tenocoatl, Xilam, and the Chejo Isles not been fictional. He was not raised by wolves, does not refer to his metal detector as his "search engine", but he did once translate a document to Navajo without meaning to. His favorite pastime is swimming and drifting across rivers and lakes exactly the way a bowling ball wouldn't. When he was young he used to have an imaginary friend, now he's on facebook and has 239.

Rob Rusnak   Marketing/Content/SEO Strategist

A content junkie and SEO strategist at heart, Rob is never short on new web marketing ideas. Rob helps clients plan, create, and maintain great online content that perfectly aligns business goals with user objectives and search engine visibility.

Oh, and by the way, Rob was shipwrecked and stranded on a deserted island in scorching desert heat without food and water (see episode Shipwrecked of Discovery Channel's series I Shouldn't Be Alive!). Wow, right? So he can pretty much handle anything life may throw at him. From delivering cutting edge web strategy ideas to surviving on cactus juice for 4 days.

Rob is more than just a survivor. He thrives on meeting every challenge with dedicated focus, creativity, and fun. He carries a unique perspective through life and work... no challenge is too intimidating, no problem lacks solutions. In fact, the week of the shipwreck, Rob still managed to deliver his projects on time and on budget. No excuses!

Even with bitter cactus pulp lodged between his teeth, Rob can conjure a thousand content marketing ideas - content that engages your brand's story, ranks organically, attracts just the right audience, and converts visitors into loyal customers.

An expert at developing targeted brand-appropriate communications across any medium, Rob has successfully managed projects for print/web advertising, SEO, email, PPC, and public relations.

If you need effective SEO and content strategy, Rob is your man. But if he invites you to go sailing, you might want to decline with a great excuse like, "Um, I can't. I need to catch up on my keyword research." He will totally respect that.
