Working under the direction of DD Studio, I was challenged to create the entire user experience for a new GPS unit for Clarion. The visuals were inspired from retro muscle car graphics, which included a custom logotype. All aspects of the GPS functionality were taken into consideration during the concepting phase of the project – Destination, Route, Address, Points of Interest Nearby, ETA time of arrival, etc. Also included was the way in which the mapping of the destination would be displayed quickly and legibly to the user of the device.
